Bandeng Cabut Tulang/Muloh Teupeh-peh

Ingredients :

  • One big size bandeng fish (milk fish)
  • 1 ounce poached potato, pound
  • Salt

Seasonings :

  • Red chili
  • Ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 cloves shallot
  • 2 asam sunti

Directions :

  1. Remove fins and scales from bandeng fish, let the tail
  2. Beat the fish until flabby, pull the fishbone through the mouth
  3. Remove all remaining part inside the fish
  4. Mix the skinless fish with the seasonings
  5. Put the mixed fish into cavity of fish (skin), and broil until cooked through
  6. Serve in a flat plate
