
Yogyakarta, MelayuOnline.com- the three-day visit of MelayuOnline.com crews to Brunei Darussalam has successfully produced strategic steps for the development of Malay culture and history research. The attendance of MelayuOnline.com crews was pleasurably welcomed by The Honour Pehin Juwatan Dalam Seri Maharaja Data Seri Utama Dr. Haji Awang Mohd Jamil Al-Sufri (The Director of Brunei History Centre), Dr. Awang Haji Muhamad Hadi bin Muhamad Melayong (The Vice Director of Brunei History Centre), Awang Haji Zaine bin Mohd Daud (Administration and Management Section), Awang Hanaf bin Haji Salleh (The Chief of Development, Research and Training Unit), and Pengiran Hajah Mahani bin Pengiran Haji Ahmad (The Chief of Research and Documentation Section).
Just in a short time MelayuOnline.com crews came to the director‘s room, they allowed Mahyudin Al-Mudra, (The Director of MelayuOnline.com) to deliver the aim and purposes of their visit to Brunei History Centre. On the first speech, Mahyudin said that this visit was intended to build cooperation among Malay people for the glory of Malay civilization in the third wave era.
They accepted enthusiastically the wills of MelayuOnline.com crews in a close relationship and humorous nuance. The 2-hour meeting had not only discussed about the cases that will be taken in the cooperation agreement, but also broadened to other things such as investigation the Malay genealogy of each staff, discussion about the myths and Malay legends, even the types and taste of Malay cuisines.
In the end of the meeting, both of them agreed to encourage each other for the glory of Malay civilization. On his speech, The Honour Pehin Dr. Haji Awang Mohd Jamil said that the similar legendary folktales in Malay regions indicate that we are on the same historical line. We are the Malay people sharing the same cultures and ancestors. Therefore, we ought to encourage each other and build the history and culture of Malay cooperatively.

While accompanying MelayuOnline.com crews to the hotel, the Brunei History Centre officers dished a lunch for MelayuOnline.com crews with various Javanese cuisines. Those were totally delight and delicious, delight for the cordial welcoming and delicious for the foods offered.
