Ikan Pantau Goreng
Ingredients : - Ginger, pounded
- Kaffir lime, squeezed
- Salt
- Pantau fish
Sambal Terasi Ingredients : - Cayenne
- Chili
- Sugar
- Terasi (condiment made from pounded and fermented shrimp or small fishes)
- Salt
- Lime
- Tomato
Directions : Sambal Terasi : - Grind the cayenne, the chili, and the tomato
- Add sugar, salt, and terasi
- Squeze the lime, mix with the ground seasonings
- Serve sambal terasi
Pantau Fish : - Wash the pantau fish, season with the salt, lime, and ginger
- Fry the seasoned fish in heated oil until browned
- Serve the fried fish with the sambal terasi
