Ratib Al-Attas At Jame Asr Hassanil Bolkiah

Bandar Seri Begawan - Hundreds of people attended a Ratib al-Attas at Jame Asr Hassanil Bolkiah yesterday evening, which was one of the activities of the Menjana Zikir Negara Sejahtera Seminar to be held today at the Chancellor Hall, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

Present as the guest of honour was Minister of Religious Affairs Pehin Jawatan Luar Pekerma Raja Dato Seri Utama Dr Ustaz Haji Awang Mohd Zain.

Also in attendance was Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Badaruddin and other senior officials at the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

The event began with mass Maghrib prayers, followed by a recital of Ratib al-Attas led by Ustaz Sheikh Moksin al-Gaf.

Prior to mass Isya prayers, a briefing on Ratib al-Attas was delivered by Professor Madya Dr Syed Farid Al-Attas from National University Singapore.

Meanwhile, a similar event was also held by the ministry, through the Mosque Affairs Department.
