TAP holds second seminar on Adat Istiadat

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Employees Trust Fund (TAP) through the Human Resource Department held the second session of Adat Istiadat (Protocol) seminar for 57 officers and staff of TAP yesterday at the multipurpose hall of the Ministry of Finance.

The seminar was aimed at enhancing the officers` and staff`s understanding on issues pertaining to Brunei Darussalam`s Protocol while carrying out their duties and in receiving guests.

The seminar was facilitated by Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Japar, Adat Istiadat Officer from the Department of Adat Istiadat Negara.

During the seminar, Haji Abdul Manaf explained to TAP officers and staff on the guidelines of Brunei`s tradition and culture in order for them to understand and practise while carrying out protocol work.

Yesterday`s talk concluded the seminar on Adat Istiadat for TAP officers with the first session held last Monday.
