Both events will end tomorrow, February 21.

The Philippine Visual Arts Fest 2009, a convergence of selected Filipino artists from the different regions of the country as well as international artists, opens today and will be on until Sunday, February 22, at the Robinson`s Place Manila and Robinson`s Place Pioneer.

Sayaw Pinoy, a travelling dance concert, travelled this week to Cagayan de Oro, Bukidnon, Tangub City, Valencia, Baler and Aurora (February 15 to 16). It will proceed to Iloilo, Oton, Santa Barbara, Fabia and SM North.

Also happening tomorrow is the fifth leg of the Walai Vernacular, an architectural drawing and photography exhibit of the vernacular houses of Mindanao. Complementing the event are the lecture series, ritual dances and craft works associated with house building and construction.
