Brengkes Patin Tempoyak
Ingredients :
- Patin fish
- Lemongrass
- Tempoyak (fermented durian paste)
- Banana leaves for wrapping the fish
Directions :
- Season the whole part of patin fish with the lemongrass and the tempoyak
- Cover with the banana leaves
- Broil over the fire until grease of patin fishes mixed with the seasonings
- Serve warm
