Brengkes Patin Tempoyak

Ingredients :

  • Patin fish
  • Lemongrass
  • Tempoyak (fermented durian paste)
  • Banana leaves for wrapping the fish

Directions :

  1. Season the whole part of patin fish with the lemongrass and the tempoyak
  2. Cover with the banana leaves
  3. Broil over the fire until grease of patin fishes mixed with the seasonings
  4. Serve warm
