Ikan Tamban Masak Asam Pedas
Ingredients :
- ¾ Tamban fish
- 1 bulb onion
Seasonings :
- ½ ounce dried chili, ground
- 3 cloves garlic, ground
- 6 cloves shallot, ground
- 2 cm ginger, ground
- Salt
- Tamarind water
- Sugar
Directions :
- Take tamban fish, sear, and remove its scales, and set aside
- In a frying pan, sauté the chili, and other seasonings
- Pour the tamarind water into sautéed seasonings, and bring to boil.
- Add the tamban fish, mix with onion, sugar and salt to taste
- Simmer several minutes until the gravy coagulate
- Serve warm
