Bandeng Cabut Tulang/Muloh Teupeh-peh
Ingredients :
- One big size bandeng fish (milk fish)
- 1 ounce poached potato, pound
- Salt
Seasonings :
- Red chili
- Ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 cloves shallot
- 2 asam sunti
Directions :
- Remove fins and scales from bandeng fish, let the tail
- Beat the fish until flabby, pull the fishbone through the mouth
- Remove all remaining part inside the fish
- Mix the skinless fish with the seasonings
- Put the mixed fish into cavity of fish (skin), and broil until cooked through
- Serve in a flat plate
