Cameos of North Acheh

Bandar Seri Begawan - A Cultural Troupe from North Aceh, Indonesia, staged a colourful dance extravaganza (see photos) held at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports yesterday.

The event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia and was held to celebrate and remember the close bilateral and cultural relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Indonesia.

Enjoying the dance presentation from North Aceh was guest of honour at the event, Pengiran Indera Mahkota Pengiran Anak (Dr) Kemaluddin Al-Haj ibni Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Haji Mohd. Yassin, Speaker of the Legislative Council, Brunei, along with other guests like diplomats, the Indonesian community and ministry staff.
