Sayur Pakis (Fern Curry)

Ingredients:
- 200 grams young fern
- 1 liter coconut milk
- 2 dried black tamarind
Spices:
- 8 cloves red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 red chili
- 1 cm galingale
- 1 am gingger
- 2 cm turmeric
- 1 ½ teaspoonful salt
- 10 pieces basil
- 1 piece fresh turmeric leaf
- 1 piece bay leaf
How to make Gulai Pakis:
- Boil coconut milk, spices, dried black tamarind and stir.
- Add fern and stir until cooked.
For 6 servings
