Nasi Minyak
Ingredients : - 1 kg rice
- ½ cup milk
- 4 cup milk
- 2 spoons ghee
- 1 spoon oil
Seasonings : - 1 spoon curry powder
- 3 cloves shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- Ginger
- Cardamom
- Liquorice
- Clove
Directions : - Grind all the seasonings
- In a saucepan, sauté the ground seasonings with the ghee, add some water, and simmer for several minutes
- Pour the milk, put the rice, until the water dried.
- Transfer the rice to large metal for steaming until cooked through
- Serve the cooked rice on a plate with the raisin, tojin pulse, fried onion, and fried slices of chicken liver
