MelayuOnline.com Showcases New Layout
Yogyakarta, MelayuOnline.com - MelayuOnline.com keeps improving its services to the public from time after time. The second working meeting had done, and one by one breakthrough programmes was taken into real. Under direct supervision from Mahyudin Al Mudra – the head of Balai Kajian dan Pengembangan Budaya Melayu-BKPBM (Center for Research and Development of Malay Culture) – MelayuOnline.com showcased new layout on September 15th, 2007.
MelayuOnline.com`s new layout appears to be wider and more attractive with more photos on it. It is also more friendly-user with some modifications on the fonts used. This is not the first time MelayuOnline.com altered its layout. The website has suffered from several times layout modification. It is all accomplished just to prevent the visitors from getting bored reading and exploring the website`s contents.
MelayuOnline.com has been using third-party server (a Singaporean web host) since its first launching on January 20th, 2007. It is expected that MelayuOnline.com could someday posses one standalone web host server thus it can load faster. The website has increased the bandwidth and compressed some photos with hope that it can be accessed fast.
The biggest obstacle following such a quality improvement is financial problem. All the works of MelayuOnline.com are personally funded so far. Consequently, there are only limited chances for advanced progress in a short time. Neither financial support from government nor non-governmental institutions have MelayuOnline.comreceived. No matter what, eagerness to make continuing quality improvement will always persist on every single crew of MelayuOnlne.com. “Changes to the better one and improvement are necessary to do. Time keeps running so we must keep up the pace with the time,” Mahyudin said.
Further Mahyudin let every single person visiting MelayuOnline.comcontribute their insight, criticism, and opinion for a better MelayuOnline.com. “We are open to all criticism, suggestion, and more importantly real supports for the betterment of this website, so people might also to share thought, criticism, and suggestion with us,” he said.
At its nine month of age, MelayuOnline.com is still far from being perfect, even though all the crews of MelayuOnline.com have conducted all the best works. Now, MelayuOnline.com has netted more than 175.000 visitors from various countries.

To underpin the above goal, MelayuOnline.com has endeavoured to get its features improved from day by day. The new layout of MelayuOnline.com is much more attractive and colourful.
