Menumbai is a magic spell sung by a Juragan lebah before taking honey from bee hives usually found upon Sialang trees. The spell is commonly in the forms of pantun (Malay traditional poem) or song. Menumbai is a tradition of Petalangan people of Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau Province.
