Yogyakarta, MelayuOnline.com- On Thursday (31/01/2008) 23.59 p.m., National Academic Writing Competition “Political Stance of Malay People” was officially closed. The competition has successfully collected 127 participants from various educational backgrounds. The number indicates positive responses from Indonesian people toward the latest political issues in Indonesia. Such enthusiasm also signs good development on writing tradition among the Indonesian people. They enthusiastically expressed their ideas and concepts on political issues through papers.
All papers submitted to the committee will be reviewed based on administrative requirements. Then, those papers passing the review process will be sorted and examined by a group of jury consisting of those who concern with Malay studies. The winners will be announced on February 28th, 2008 on MelayuOnline.com.
