LKTI 2008 Closed for Paper Submit

Yogyakarta, MelayuOnline.com - Lomba Karya Tulis Internasional-LKTI (International Academic Writing Competition) 2008 was closed for paper submit on Monday (1/05/2009) at 00 o’clock.

All the submitted papers will be reviewed based on the administrative requirements. Those who are in charge of reviewing the papers are Dr. Nicolas Warouw, Budi Irawanto, and Nursaed Ali Rido. For about two weeks, the papers will be sorted before being proposed to the next stage, reviewing process.

For the reviewing process, several famous figures have been chosen to be the adjudicators; they are Prof. Dr. Heddy Shri Ahimsa-Putra, M.A., M.Phil. (a full professor at the University of Gadjah Mada), Mahyudin Al Mudra SH., M.M. (the Head of the Center for Research and Development of Malay Culture), Dr. Aris Arif Mundayat (the Director of Center for Southeast Asian Social Studies), Prof. Ding Choo Ming (a lecturer at the University of Kebangsaan Malaysia), Dr. Mohd. Syarifudin Yusop (University of Putra Malaysia), and Dr. Ampuan Haji Ibrahim (University of Brunei Darussalam).  

The reviewing process will take approximately a month. After that, the winning papers will be announced through www.melayuonline.com and www.pssat.ugm.ac.id on February 28^th, 2009.

Furthermore, the winners will be cordially invited by phone to attend the awarding ceremony that will be held on March 20^th, 2009, coinciding with the celebration of RajaAliHaji.com’s first anniversary.
