Nasi Goreng Kampung Batam (Riau Islands)
Ingredients :
- Rice
- Chili peppers, minced
- Onion
- Fish oil
- Oyster sauce
- Bilish fishes
- Eggs
- Salt
Directions :
- Fry the bilish fishes and the eggs
- Saute all the condiments with the heated fish oil
- Mix the rice, bilish fishes and the sauted condiments and fry in the medium heat pan
- Put the fried eggs on the cooked rice
- Serve warm
