Nyanyi Panjang Biasa is a variant of Nyanyi Panjang that is shared by people from all ethnic groups in Petalangan. Nyanyi Panjang Biasa has the following features: language is spoken freely; shorter story; containing and telling clear details on territorial border of Hutan Tanah Wilayat; particularly about tombo and not containing tunjuk ajar (Malay guidance) or other established expressions; told without any rhythm; easier to learn because the recitation does not demand any special skills.
